Terms of Service

These draft terms apply to DevDocs Agent at agentcd.devdocs.ai. They will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms before general availability.

Service

DevDocs provides DevDocs Agent—a personal AI agent with connectors, metering, and messaging. Features may change during alpha. Availability and limits are described in product docs and may be revised as the product matures.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, abuse shared infrastructure, bypass metering, or attempt cross-tenant access. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and billing

AI usage is metered against real model cost. Free starter credits and paid plans are subject to spend caps. Failed payment or cap exhaustion may pause agent completions.
